If you encounter an issue in SnipNotes and need assistance, please email me directly from the app if possible. SnipNotes automatically attaches information about your device, any errors you encountered, and a status log. This data helps me isolate the problem and avoid unnecessary queries.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Open the list of categories and tap the cogwheel icon to reveal the settings menu.
  2. Scroll down and tap on "Help".
  3. In the "Request Help" section, tap "By Email".
  4. In the email window, describe your problem and send the message.

Mac
