If you encounter an issue in SnipNotes and need assistance, please email me directly from the app if possible. SnipNotes automatically attaches information about your device, any errors you encountered, and a status log. This data helps me isolate the problem and avoid unnecessary queries.

- Open the list of categories and tap the cogwheel icon to reveal the settings menu.
- Scroll down and tap on "Help".
- In the "Request Help" section, tap "By Email".
- In the email window, describe your problem and send the message.
Mac
